Pollinator Pathways & Public Gardens Team

Welcome to the Pollinator Pathways & Public Gardens Team!

The purpose of this team is to help members start and maintain pollinator gardens in their neighborhoods, on their own property (whether garden or balcony), on shared (public) areas, and at schools. The team plans to provide regular educational opportunities to learn about pollinators including bees, butterflies, moths, hummingbirds, and more. They will also focus on growing plants that provide the greatest habitat value for pollinators. Activities include field trips to pollinator gardens throughout the region, helping each other design and implement pollinator garden projects, and share information about resources to do so.

This team meets on Zoom monthly for dynamic conversations and action oriented agendas.

We also curate publicly available materials in our Public Team Files to help others promote native plants in their municipalities.  Our Members-only Team Files are accessible to anyone with an NPRT membership.
