The purpose of this team is to help people electrify their homes. Elements of a green home include solar panels, induction stoves, electric cars, heat pumps, rain barrels, and reducing waste.  In promoting green / electrified homes, we will help community members save money, improve their health. reduce pollution and waste, all while saving the planet. The team will accomplish this by hosting home tours, sharing insights, and promoting ideas and best practices to the broader community. 

This team meets on Zoom monthly for dynamic conversations and action oriented agendas. 

We also curate publicly available materials in our Public Team Files to help others promote electrification in their municipalities.  Our Members-only Team Files are accessible to anyone with an NPRT membership.

How do I join the Sharing Seeds & Plants team?

When you fill out our NPRT Team Membership form, you can choose the teams you would like to join. If you later decide to join different teams, you simply fill out the same form again with your new choices.
